Directors - Amir Rafiai and Katy Rafiai"Our vision is to offer a unique Estate Agency experience, that we believe has not yet been done. The idea for this company has been years in the making, from deciding on our name through to sourcing our exceptional photographer.
We wanted to give the public a better option, at a cheaper price and change how Estate Agents are currently perceived.
The end result is far more than what we could ever have imagined. We hope you’re impressed."
Estate Agency is all I’ve ever known. It’s taken me from Essex, to London, to Brighton and finally back to Essex. I remember walking in as a Trainee Negotiator and now over 12 years later, having run many successful Estate Agency offices, I have my own creative vision of how the industry is changing and how things should be run.
Our passion for property, hard work and enthusiasm will set your home apart from the competition.
Katy RafiaiUnlike Amir, my career has not been within the Estate Agency industry. Originally brought up in East Ham my parents made the natural move to Essex when I was 7, like a lot of other East Londoners. After finishing school, I travelled to Belfast and America to study Theatre and English Literature as part of my degree.
My passion has always been within the arts and thinking creatively.
There is a lack of creative thinking in Estate Agency, which we’ve always thought was strange considering the whole industry relies on advertising and marketing. I’m here as someone who has not been a part of the industry – but is passionate about how things should be done.
